Overseeing daily accounting transactions and supervising a small finance team.
Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close.
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Driving accuracy and efficiency in allocations, statements, and intercompany reporting.
What we're looking for:
A Finance/Accounting degree or diploma.
3-5 years' experience in a financial environment (with supervisory exposure).
Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (non-negotiable).
A proactive, organised team player with excellent communication skills.
