Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full financial function, including GL, reconciliations, and TB.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Oversee cost allocations and support project-related financial processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and financial decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years' relevant accounting experience.
- Construction industry experience advantageous.
- BuildSmart experience essential (non-negotiable).
- Strong technical background with exposure to the full financial function.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
