Minimum Requirements

Non-Negotiable Experience

1-3 years of

post-articles

experience.

Reporting and analysis experience.

Proficiency in

Excel

, particularly with pivot tables.

. Exposure with Foreign currencies.

Team management experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

+ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
+ Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Data Management:

+ Work with large datasets and utilize tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
+ Use pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Budgeting & Forecasting Support:

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company strategy.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
+ Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

+ Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
+ Collaborate with teams across departments, explaining complex data in a way that aids decision-making.
