Job Description

To lead and perform complex financial reporting and control activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and delivery of key outputs for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.

Key responsibilities:

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Review and ensure quality of reports prepared by junior staff.
Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes with appropriate documentation and explanations.
Act as a key point of contact for finance stakeholders across business units.
Ensure compliance with group financial policies and internal controls.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Similar
2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or agency environment (internships or entry-level roles considered).
Sound knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
