Position Summary




The Account Manager role is to achieve annual Quota/Budget and Opportunity Pipeline per defined customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. - The primary purpose is to maintain and increase sales revenues with existing and new defined accounts. This position reports to Platform Leader - Sales Leader.

Responsibilities



Manage customer needs and relationships to achieve sales growth with an entrepreneurial mindset. Develop and apply activity/business plans for target accounts Cooperate within the team and together with all Parker resources to generate growth Develop and manage networks across all customer departments and hierarchies. Coordination of efforts from groups, divisions, and sales organization as project managers. Provide market intelligence and feedback on competition, market trends, pricing, and other relevant insights. Comprehensive reporting and proper use of Parker systems (e.g. Sales force)

Who we are looking for





University degree or relevant working experience within an Engineering and Sales environment / Motion & Control Industry (Mechanical Engineering Field would be an advantage.) Experience in relevant technologies A minimum of 5 years direct sales and 5 years account management experience Knowledge of local market within relevant applications. Strong growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Basic understanding of products and services relevant to the role.

Ideally, you will also have



Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude towards change and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Strategic thinking and working Strong prioritization skills based on business needs.
