What you will enjoy doing




As an Account Manager, you take ownership of your region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline Maintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible; responsible for Customer Management delivering market leading service and support to customers in your region Furthermore, you will be self-generating new business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to grow your portfolio In addition to this, you will collaborate closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network and maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports in COPA etc, that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region In addition, you will secure long-term supply agreements with Key and Major Account Customers, applying the LindePro methodology via the SFDC platform Professionally, you maintain, retain, manage, and grow the allocated customer base and manage assets on customer premises and identify long term growth opportunities and ensure sufficient pipeline management with a high level of conversion ratio to sales

What makes you great




You possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or relevant field of study is required with 5 years or more sales experience A valid code 8 driver's License is essential You have strong sales communications skills and technical knowledge of gas and welding products in various customer market segments and familiar with safety standards Demonstrated knowledge of both technical and commercial contexts of the Compressed and Hard goods business and working knowledge of SAP Proven track record of successfully growing partnerships with customers and/or client accounts and you should be able to demonstrate strong decision-making and business judgement skills Additionally, you will possess and display strong communication and relationship building skills and you are self -directed and can organize and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
