Maintain client satisfaction frequency and quality of engagements
Respond to 100% of product or pricing queries within SLA
Maintain quote accuracy rate of 98% and above
Educate clients on new/relevant services
Increase order values through proactive service
Coordinate across departments to ensure order completion
Follow-through from order to dispatch
Use data and service platforms and tools to flag internal trends
Identify challenges, and highlight service wins
Collaborate with other teams to reach team targets
Support team members as and when required
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders
