Job Description
A client of ours within the finance/ insurance sector is looking for an Account Manager with telecoms experience to join their growing team
Location
Johannesburg North
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- A solid understanding of telecommunication products, services, and industry trends.
- A proven track record in sales, including revenue generations
- Own car and cell phone
- Client Relationship Management- cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Sales growth and development- identifying new sales opportunities, creating customer development plans, and achieving revenue targets for allocated accounts
- Developing and implementing strategies for account growth, including cross-selling and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaboration- working closely with internal teams, such as sales, technical, and product development, to align solutions with client needs and business goals
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance service offerings
- Reporting and Administration- Generating reports on account activity and performance, maintaining detailed records of client interaction, and managing sales pipelines
- Presenting and demonstrating telecommunication products and services that specific client requirements
