As an Account Manager at our clients company, you're the connection point between our clients and our creative team. You'll build strong relationships, manage day-to-day communication, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role is all about organization, clarity, and care--making sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in the work we deliver.
You'll track details, manage timelines, and ensure projects stay on budget, but you'll also play a key role in helping clients reach their goals. At our client's company, you won't just manage tasks--you'll help mission-driven organizations make a real impact.
Previous agency experience
Proven experience in an agency setting (fast-paced, client-focused environment)
Proficient on Mac and familiar with creative and productivity tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar
Ability to craft clear, concise messaging for client communications
Comfortable collaborating with conservative Christian churches and mission-driven nonprofits
Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction
Self-starter who thrives on working independently and efficiently
Strong multitasking skills--able to pivot quickly between projects without losing accuracy
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new apps and software
Confident leading projects, guiding strategy, and collaborating with creative teams
Meticulous attention to detail (yes, we're looking for Type A here)
Highly organized with systems that support team efficiency and client success
