Account Manager (client Success & Growth) – Bespoke Agency
Job Description
Bespoke Agency is scaling fast in 2026 and we're looking for a sharp, organised, client-facing operator who can keep our campaigns tight and our clients happy. We work with consultants, founders, and B2B service firms, helping them grow through AI-powered outbound and marketing systems.
You'll be the person who keeps everything moving. The one clients trust. The one who spots issues before they become fires. You'll work closely with Joe and the core team to manage campaigns, interpret results, coordinate with internal specialists, and help shape the way we grow across 2026.
The role isn't for someone who wants to coast. It's for someone who wants to join a modern, ambitious business that's building category-defining work in AI, outbound systems and B2B growth.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client communication. Guide active campaigns, track performance, and keep projects on schedule. Work with our internal team (AI, outbound, creatives, ops) to ensure deliverables land on time. Spot bottlenecks early and make recommendations to fix them. Help shape client strategy and contribute ideas to improve results. Support Joe with planning, reporting, and overall business growth priorities. Maintain high standards across all accounts.
What We're Looking For
Based in South Africa. Experience in account management, client success, or B2B marketing. Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Bonus: familiarity with AI tools, automation, or outbound marketing platforms.*
Salary
$1,000 - $1,200 per month, depending on experience.
