Description of duties (as an overview but not limited to):
Monitor and check all game resulting accurately against official resulting
Manage and respond to customer emails, ensuring inbox hygiene and proper email signature updates
Liaise with the Accounts Department for customer withdrawal updates
Handle customer unsubscribe requests and account deletions
Monitor and report on the latest game news and updates
Prepare and manage weekly promotional overviews
Conduct weekly website audits to ensure site health
Create and send out marketing and weekend promo emails
Assist with promotional setup and execution
Collaborate with the QA team to manage customer complaints
Support agent requests with timely responses and solutions
Carry out competitor analysis and gather market insights
Write and publish news articles for the site
Credit third-party tools/services
Manage VIP gifting programs
Perform any ad hoc duties or special projects as required by management
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in e-commerce account management and customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and switching between tasks
Tech-savvy with experience in email tools and CRM platforms
Knowledge or interest in online gaming is a plus
Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Salary: R15 000 - R25 000 depending on experience
Operations experience: 2+ years experience
Shift: 8.30 am - 5 pm ( Might be required to work shifts and alternative weekends)
