Job Description

We are seeking a

highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager

to join our growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs. The ideal candidate will oversee onboarding, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences across company formation, visas, banking, accounting, and tax services.

1. Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly reviews to address company requirements, compliance updates, and tax-related inquiries. Identify opportunities for value addition through corporate structuring, tax optimization, and enhanced service offerings.

2. Service Delivery & Coordination



Oversee complete service delivery across departments including compliance, HR, banking, company formation, visas, accounting, and tax. Coordinate with internal teams (lawyers, accountants, PROs, bankers, and tax advisors) to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. Manage client renewals, amendments, and ongoing corporate services efficiently.

3. Compliance & Reporting



Ensure all client structures remain compliant with UAE laws and freezone regulations. Monitor deadlines for license renewals, visas, tax filings, and other regulatory obligations. Prepare and communicate compliance status reports to clients and management.

4. Client Onboarding & Advisory



Guide new clients through onboarding using the BATCA framework (Banking, Accounting, Tax, Company Analysis). Conduct needs assessments and escalate structuring recommendations to senior advisors when necessary. Support clients with initial requirements such as bank account setup, VAT registration, and other foundational services.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Law, Finance, Accounting

, or a related field.

3-5 years

of experience in corporate services within the

UAE

. In-depth knowledge of

UAE company formation, visas and immigration, tax regulations, banking, and compliance frameworks

Fluency in

English

(Arabic, Russian, or French is an advantage). Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and professionalism in client communication. * A disciplined and proactive mindset; involvement in sports or wellness activities is a plus.
