Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support their growth and client partnerships in South Africa. The role requires a balance of commercial drive, client relationship management, and project coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with our client's Sales Director and coaching team to develop new business, nurture existing client relationships, and coordinate the delivery of coaching programmes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within training, consulting, HR, or professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-driven approach.
  • Passion for human performance, leadership, and learning & development.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective organisations.
  • Support the full commercial process: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal coaches and facilitators to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Update and manage the CRM system (HubSpot) to track all client interactions.
  • Assist with event coordination, marketing initiatives, and client communication.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and long-term partnership development.
