Education: Matric
Experience: At least 3 years' experience in similar position
Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for seamless interaction with all levels of staff.
Maintaining databases, filing systems, and handling information requests.
Conduct administrative tasks associated with an effective transcription process and aligned to the company's policies and procedures.
Maintain an electronic filing system by keeping accurate and readily available records in line with SOPs and legislative requirements.
Provide for accurate record management to support an effective Quality Management System.
Gather, organize and accurately capture up-to-date material according to the format required.
Transcribe documents, forms and templates into required document-controlled templates, to ensure compliance and quality management standards.
High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Monitoring and allocation of Claims to respective units
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Good administrative skills and communication.
