Eduvos is looking to employ an Academic Programme Manager in the Faculty of Humanities, with a specific focus on Education. This is a permanent employment opportunity, the successful candidate is to be based at any of our 12 campuses nationwide.

Purpose of the role
To manage the design and delivery of a number of educational qualifications within the Faculty of Humanities across multiple campuses.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate qualification in Education (B.Ed) and Masters degree in Education (M.Ed) or Educational Psychology
At least five years' post-qualification experience in an academic role
At least three years' management experience or proven managerial potential
Preferably must have managed academic projects / delivered outputs through a matrix management structure or had exposure to it
Experience in development of curriculum, including assessments
Preferred subject matter expertise: Education at undergraduate studies and Psychology at any other level of studies.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Academic Programme Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
Operating / financial results
Accountable for the design and the delivery of one or more programmes in the faculty, specifically focused on educational training.
Operational process outputs
Sales enablement - provide product information and training (part of implementation design)
Management
Strategy implementation through operational plans, objectives and schedules
Strategy implementation through monitoring, control and corrective action
Reporting
Workflow / alignment / silos - cross boundary alignment
Escalations, decisions and problem solving
Resourcing and capacity management (people and equipment)
Resourcing (annually) for product development
Input into operational efficiency - processes & governance / systems / standards / compliance / methodologies
Leadership
Contribute to faculty strategy and direction setting regarding product
Assistance with talent acquisition, selection, onboarding and succession
