A vacancy for a Junior Head/Sous Chef in Plettenberg Bay



Must already have accommodation in Plettenberg Bay!


Upmarket Boutique Hotel in Plettenberg Bay.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to assist the Senior Chef.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a similar role in upscale hotels or restaurants.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Creativity in menu development.

Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

To start as soon as possible.

Salary:



Competitive salary from R12,000 to R17,000.

Own accommodation included.

Transport provided or must have own transport.
