Offering panoramic views from all angles, this newly built lodge sets an inspiring standard for future developments within the Western Cape over the next 5 years. ProStaffSelect are in search of a dynamic, hands on FRONT OF HOUSE ANCHOR / OPS MANAGER who understand five-star lodge operations from Reception, Reservations, Housekeeping, Fine Dining Restaurant & Butler Service, Facilities & Maintenance and most importantly EXCEPTIONAL GUEST SERVICE and attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications in Hotel Operations / Lodge Management essential. Experience within 5* Boutique Hotel / Wine Estate Accommodation / Luxury Villa / Top Restaurant Dining absolutely essential. Highly proficient in Front of House and Back of House Computer Management Systems such as Micros, iKentoo, Opera, Pilot, GAAP etc. Exceptional GUEST RELATIONS & Social Skills with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Strong HANDS-ON operational management style with dynamic leadership abilities. Focused; driven & motivated personality traits.
