About the role







This role will largely comprise of engaging in various client communications as well as providing administrative support to the Carrier and Enterprise team. This will involve managing administrative tasks, project management, billing, vendor management and most importantly customer excellence




Key duties and responsibilities:





Vendor & Stakeholder Management

UC, OLA and SLA alignment with 3rd party Vendors and Sales. Managing expectations, relationships, and deliverables from key vendors to meet stakeholder requirements. Regular meetings with 3rd Parties, drafting and circulating minutes to maintain stakeholder relationships. Taking ownership of UCs, managing escalations with vendors, and communicating outcomes toward CSI. Coordination of vendor staff in alignment with Reflex clients and project teams.



Project & Service Delivery Management

Showing active involvement in 3rd Party link monitoring/utilization for managed capacity links. Assisting Project Manager with tracking of ordered links. Full accountability for managing deployment of 3rd Party services on order and completion. Assisting with client and vendor site access when required. Providing order documentation to clients, tracking last-mile link orders.



Administrative Support

Assisting Sales, BUs & Product Managers with feasibility checks and request for quotes. Processing and submitting 3rd Party cancellations, including billing removal. Submitting and monitoring 3rd Party changes. Assisting with billing queries. Updating internal systems: Halo, SharePoint, Netbox.



Financial & Billing Management

Attending to monthly reconciliations. Revenue assurance between vendor and customer accounts to ensure cost recovery.



Education, Experience and Skills:






Grade 12 2 - 3 years' experience in administrative/service delivery role Excellent Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Assertive and able to "get the job done" Excellent administrative skills Able to cope under pressure Good interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Planning, organising and time management skills Team player A professional appearance and approach Positive attitude and a passion for the role

Other information:






Professional membership or certification that would be advantageous: ITIL (will be advantageous)




Industry experience that will be of benefit or is preferred:



ICT field of experience
