3D Architectural Visualization Artist
to join our team and help us deliver compelling, photo-realistic visuals for landmark property developments.Responsibilities
Create
photo-realistic 3D renders, animations, and walkthroughs
of architectural projects. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to accurately translate concepts into visuals. Work withSketchUp and Revit models
, site photos, and architectural drawings. Apply textures, lighting, and rendering using3ds Max with Corona Renderer
. Performpost-production in Photoshop
to enhance final deliverables. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.Requirements
Strong proficiency in:
SketchUp
(modeling)3ds Max with Corona Renderer
(rendering + lighting)Revit
(model integration)Photoshop
(post-production) Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing. A portfolio showcasing architectural visualization projects. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design and composition.Job Types: Permanent, Learnership, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R8000,00 - R12000,00 per month
