Role Overview:



In this role, you'll be critical in managing and resolving higher-level technical issues, with a focus on Microsoft-based environments. You will also help in managing projects related to M365 SharePoint migrations and Microsoft Autopilot setups, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide 2nd line support for issues related to Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Desktop OS, and Microsoft 365 applications. Manage and resolve tickets escalated from 1st line support while maintaining high levels of customer service. Perform installations, configurations, and updates to ensure long-term efficiency of IT systems. Configure, deploy, and manage Windows environments using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Perform regular system maintenance and software updates. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises solutions to M365 cloud services. Configure and manage device management solutions using Intune and Windows Autopilot. Maintain SharePoint sites and applications, ensuring optimal architecture and functionality. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures through regular audits and update Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and network layouts.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a Helpdesk Engineer role with extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies. Strong understanding of M365 administration and troubleshooting with knowledge of Entra, Intune, SharePoint and Windows Autopilot. Good understanding and experience in Microsoft 365 migration. Good background in project management, with the ability to oversee and deliver projects on schedule. Excellent problem-solving capabilities along with multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in documenting procedures.

Pay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
