Job Summary ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
xc2xb7 Experience working with PostgreSQL in both on- premises and in the cloud environments to build a data base access monitoring solution for PostgreSQL data bases
xc2xb7 In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of PostgreSQL architecture, query optimization, and database administration and built in functions.
xc2xb7 Database security knowledge.
xc2xb7 Knowledge about cloud technologies.
xc2xb7 Familiarity with security auditing frameworks and best practices.
xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
xc2xb7 Basic experience with Linux - installation and operations processes.
o Linux Shell Scripting
o VI skills
xc2xb7 Experience with administrating Java Web-Applications.
xc2xb7 Scripting and use of XMLAPI functions.
xc2xb7 Experience in developing new solutions and doing concept work.
xc2xb7 Experience in developing process flows.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of information system concepts and technologies.
xc2xb7 Ability to interface with the business to meet requirements and targets.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
xc2xb7 ITIL certification is advantageous.
xc2xb7 Basic experience with SPLUNK is helpful.
xc2xb7 Work experience with database auditing, logging and monitoring.
xc2xb7 Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools.
xc2xb7 Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of cloud-based database services, such as Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL or Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and the ability to leverage cloud-specific features for managing database access.Soft skills xc2xb7 Ability to work as part of a team, inter-dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.

Tickets can be opened as service request or real incident tickets. The solution time is equal for both ticket types. There are no exceptions concerning public holidays.
