Eligibility Requirements:

• Final-year students (2025) or recent graduates (2024).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer & Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Matric results: 70% average in Mathematics & Physics, 60% in English.
• Tertiary average: 65% or higher.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation mindset, and leadership potential.
• Passionate about technology and driving change.
