About the Role

We're hiring a

180 Recruitment Consultant to focus on delivery across technical roles in the Dutch market. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong talent pools, moving quickly, and delivering high-quality shortlists that protect and enhance our reputation with clients.

You'll work closely with the company owner and play a key role in ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience across live roles.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality talent pools across technical disciplines in the Dutch market Deliver fast, accurate shortlists to clients while maintaining a high standard of candidate qualification Conduct detailed candidate interviews to fully understand:
- Drivers for change

- Salary expectations and full package details

- Notice periods, availability, and motivations

Manage candidates through the recruitment process with professionalism and attention to detail Collaborate closely with the business owner and marketing function to support live roles and inbound demand
