Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment
industry with a UK-based client. This is an office-based role in Centurion and offers a clear
development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision-makers
Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full-desk responsibilities
Provide weekly activity and performance updates
Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
Requirements:
What We're Looking For
180 recruitment experience or proven sales/BD experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills High energy, resilience and a genuine interest in recruitment Ability to work UK business hours Driven, target-focused, and eager to learn and progress Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Live within commuting distance of Centurion (office-based role)
