Role Title (Role Level): SAP DevOps Logistics Consultant (Advanced)
Location: Gauteng (Hybrid) (Willing and able to travel internationally)
Contract Term: 1 March 2024 - 31 December 2026
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
xc2xb7 SAP Technical Operations
xc2xb7 Incident Management (IM)
xc2xb7 Change Management (CM)
xc2xb7 Problem Management (PM)
xc2xb7 IT Operations Process Controls
xc2xb7 Good SAP System knowledge to support SAP Logistical Processes:
o SAP S/4HANA system knowledge
o SAP LE & EWM process knowledge xe2x80x93 min 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience.
o SAP MM process knowledge
xc2xb7 German Language xe2x80x93 able to read/write and speak German.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
xc2xb7 SAP ABAP Debugging
xc2xb7 ITIL process knowledge and work experience (ITIL certification - advantageous)
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
xc2xb7 Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
xc2xb7 Minimum of 6 years IT work experience
xc2xb7 Minimum 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an SAP Operations environment
xc2xb7 Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an SAP Logistics Modules (LE; MM & EWM)
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
We work in a DevOps team. The task consists of, among other things.
Close coordination with developers to make go lives safe and successful. Following up on incident tickets to make long term improvement. Actively making suggestions to reduce the number of problem tickets. Proactive improvements in daily IT operations.
