ZOHO Developer
Role Overview
The ZOHO Developer will design and implement scalable solutions within the ZOHO ecosystem (including ZOHO CRM, Creator, and related applications). The role involves API development, database management, and integration with existing systems to ensure high performance and data integrity. Expertise in ZOHO Deluge scripting, ZOHO Flow, and ZOHO Analytics is essential.
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications and experience in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, JavaScript, .NET, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• At least 3 years experience as a web or ZOHO developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate ZOHO applications with websites and ERP systems.
• Design APIs and backend systems for performance and scalability.
• Maintain CRM database segmentation and ensure data integrity.
• Sync SAP master database with CRM using ZOHO Data Prep and Flow.
• Implement REST APIs and manage cloud apps via ZOHO One.
• Ensure security compliance and manage application access controls.
• Support applications, resolve incidents, and reduce support tickets.
• Drive continuous improvement and adhere to SDLC and coding standards.
• Collaborate on innovative projects and ensure compliance with audit and legal standards.

Technical Competencies

• Strong experience in ZOHO CRM, Creator, Deluge scripting, Flow, and Analytics.
• Skilled in REST API development and system integration.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, and security best practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
