We are seeking a self-driven intern to join our growing team of Zoho Implementation Consultants based in Somerset West, Cape Town. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. The internship involves analyzing business processes with the aim of automating them using SaaS products.

What You'll Do In Your Zoho Implementation Internship:

Learn and contribute to creating plans for how businesses can use technology effectively. Support the team with the creation of project documentation. Learn about Zoho's software solutions and how they can help our clients. Collaborate with team members to guarantee seamless implementation, integration and functionality of all project components. Consistently improve your skillset through provided training, online self-learning, and certifications.

What We're Looking For In A Software Intern:

Completed a diploma/bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field (preferred but not compulsory). Someone who demonstrates a passion for delving into the details of software solutions and business systems. Self-starters who thrive on understanding how technology can enhance business processes and contribute to growth. Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills. Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and are enthusiastic about continuous learning and teaching.

Requirements

You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom's office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!

Schedule:

8 hours Monday to Friday
