ZOHO Implementation Consultant

to help us optimize our business processes and drive growth through effective implementation and customization of ZOHO applications.

Job Summary:

As a ZOHO Implementation Consultant, you'll be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing ZOHO applications to meet our business needs. You'll work closely with our teams to understand their requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and customize ZOHO applications, including ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books, ZOHO Inventory, and other relevant modules Analyse business requirements and design solutions that meet our needs Develop and execute implementation plans, including data migration and integration Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ZOHO applications Collaborate with our teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization Stay up-to-date with the latest ZOHO features and best practices to ensure our implementations are optimized

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in ZOHO applications, including configuration, customization, and integration Proven experience as a ZOHO Implementation Consultant or similar role Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery Ability to work independently and as part of a team
