Job Summary Employer Description Game Lodge in Limpopo Our client is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious chef to grow their skills in a Game Lodge environment while contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily food preparation and cooking across different kitchen sections. Support senior chefs with menu execution and presentation. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained. Help with stock rotation, ordering and basic kitchen administration. Participate in staff training and development activities. Qualifications Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (preferred). 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in hotels, lodges or restaurants. Skills Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and passion for food presentation. Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs. Benefits Live-in Meals on Duty
