Job Summary Employer Description Hotel in Pretoria Our client is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven and seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all technical and maintenance functions across the hotel. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and team management experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations across all properties Manage servicing and upkeep of: Heat pumps Fire systems Generators Solar systems Coordinate vehicle maintenance and scheduling Ensure full compliance with safety, health and operational standards Maintain clear communication with management and provide regular updates Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) Relevant post-matric certificate or qualification in maintenance, facilities management, engineering or a related technical field 10-15 years of experience in property maintenance within hotels, lodges or similar hospitality environments Proven expertise in property maintenance and technical operations Skills Strong leadership and team coordination skills Familiarity with hospitality environments is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Excellent organizational and reporting abilities Benefits Provident fund
