Job Summary Employer Description Private Game reserve in Limpopo A well-established safari lodge in Limpopo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to oversee operations across both hospitality and agricultural divisions. This is a hands-on, live-in role suited to a couple with complementary strengths in Food & Beverage Management and Farm Management, ideally within a farm-to-table environment. Assistant F&B Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily lodge operations including guest experience, housekeeping and front-of-house Manage F&B service, stock control and supplier relationships Lead and train hospitality staff to maintain high service standards Coordinate with kitchen and farm teams to ensure seamless farm-to-table delivery Support reservations, hosting and guest relations Farm Manager Responsibilities: Manage livestock and crop production aligned with seasonal lodge needs Oversee slaughtering and meat processing (must be comfortable and experienced) Maintain farm infrastructure, equipment and irrigation systems Implement sustainable farming practices and ensure compliance with health standards Collaborate with kitchen and lodge teams to meet supply demands Qualifications Hospitality / F&B Manager: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in lodge or boutique hotel operations Farm Manager: Agricultural qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in livestock and crop production Minimum 5 years' experience in farm management, ideally within a hospitality-linked setting Skills Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management (F&B focus) Strong agricultural background with hands-on livestock and crop management Comfortable with slaughtering and meat processing (non-negotiable) Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Adaptable; proactive and committed to long-term growth Benefits Accommodation (dogs allowed, strictly no cats ) Meals on duty
