We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised
Xero Accounting Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using the Xero accounting platform and will support our finance operations by managing daily bookkeeping functions, reconciling accounts, processing financial transactions, and assisting with reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Manage supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements
Proven experience working with
Xero Accounting Software
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience
