Role purpose
To sell YOUI insurance products to customers who enquire online or are transferred via digital channels, by delivering excellent customer experience and meeting sales targets.
Clients will start quotes online and you will need to complete the quote with the client over the phone and sell the policy to them with the trust you have built with the client and the rapport you have shared with them.

• Engage with inbound internet leads and warm digital enquiries
• Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance quotes
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions, and premiums clearly
• Close sales while meeting compliance and quality standards
• Meet or exceed sales, quality, and conversion targets
• Build rapport and deliver a customer-centric experience

Qualifications
Education
Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate - minimum requirement
Experience
2 years corporate sales experience - advantageous
2 years insurance sales experience - advantageous

The YOUI Internet Sales Advisor will report directly to the Team Manager and will work closely with the wider sales team.
An ideal candidate will be able to align their personal work values to the OUTsurance values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate and Recognition.
