Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

The YES4Youth Product Associate will support the Product Department by assisting with research, documentation, and coordination of product-related initiatives. This role provides a valuable opportunity for a young professional to gain practical experience in product management and development processes, while contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct desktop research to support product development and innovation. Log and manage items on DevOps, ensuring accurate tracking and updates. Assign DevOps items to relevant team members and follow up on progress. Document updates from team members regarding product initiatives. Attend product research meetings and contribute to discussions. Draft short summaries and documentation related to product activities. Create and maintain session minutes and records.

Preferred Qualifications:

A+ or N+ certification Any IT or Business-related tertiary qualification
