Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative YES candidate to join our team. The candidate does not need to be highly experienced but must demonstrate eagerness to learn, strong initiative, and an interest in digital media, social engagement, and content creation.

This role will offer exposure to professional marketing and communications practices, with hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

? Content Creation

o Capture and create engaging content (photo and short-form video) for social media

platforms.

o Assist with creative brainstorming for campaigns and activations.

? Social Media Management

o Schedule posts and maintain consistency across platforms.

o Manage and update the content calendar in collaboration with the team.

? Community Engagement

o Monitor comments, DMs, and interactions across social platforms.

o Respond to and engage with our online community to build stronger relationships.

o Share relevant content via stories or reposts.

? Support Functions

o Assist with events and activations where necessary.

o Conduct basic research on trends and insights to inform content creation.

o Provide general support to the team across PR, communications, and digital

projects.

Candidate Profile

? Young individual (18-30 years old).

? Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X).

? Interest in photography, videography, or digital content creation (experience with a camera

is an advantage but not essential).

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.

? Ability to work independently and take initiative, while being open to guidance and

mentorship.
