South African citizen Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric). Must be currently unemployed. Must reside in
Germiston
or surrounding areas. Willingness to learn and actively participate in all programme activities. Good communication and teamwork skills.Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
During the 12-month programme, successful candidates will:
Gain hands-on experience within a high-paced poultry processing environment. Be exposed to various departments, including Production, Quality, and Admin. Learn about food safety standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures. Develop essential workplace and employability skills. * Participate in practical and theoretical training aimed at building long-term career growth.
