Main Purpose of the Job 
 To coordinate the end-to-end management of the YES Youth Program, ensuring employee engagement, smooth execution of program activities, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 1. Liaison & Communication 
 Act as the point of contact for queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding YES Youth. 
 Maintain a portfolio of stores and ensure recruitment targets are met. 
 Schedule and conduct meetings with youth and store managers to monitor engagement and performance. 
 Support retention efforts by addressing concerns and conducting stay/exit interviews. 
 Provide program guidance to store managers and flag potential issues. 
 2. Training Guidance and Evaluation (Data Management & Review) 
 Maintain and update training records and databases. 
 Monitor learner activity on learning platforms. 
 Assist learners with access and completion of training modules. 
 Liaise with the YES team to resolve platform challenges. 
 Administer Youth and Supervisor App training sessions. 
 3. Documentation and Supervision (Process Management) 
 Ensure all recruited employees are timeously captured on systems. 
 Monitor and upload supporting documentation for BEE compliance. 
 Liaise with suppliers on invoicing and payment follow-ups. 
 Coordinate device deliveries and manage archiving of documents. 
 4. Reporting and Day-to-Day Management (Compliance) 
 Compile and submit bi-weekly recruitment and retention reports. 
 Track and report employee reasons for leaving. 
 Manage HRSM calls related to the YES Program. 
 Take minutes and handle general program administration. 
Qualifications and Experience: 
 Completed Grade 12 (Matric). 
 A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (advantageous). 
 6 months to 1 year relevant experience (retail or HR environment preferred) 
 Customer Relationship Management 
 Knowledge of the Retail environment 
 Understanding of Business Profitability 
Skills: 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel). 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 Organised and a keen eye for detail. 
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
 To be a team player. 
 Knowledge of change management and people processes 
 Understanding of the retail and operational environment 
 Strong report writing, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills 
 Ability to work with data and manage multiple priorities effectively
