Informing the host of the visitor's arrival
Signing in of visitors, according to the Company procedure
Assist with managing queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution
Answer, transfer and execute switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner
Providing an "ultimate" service experience to both internal and external customers
Assist with updating of relevant IT systems with customer complaints, compliments, and queries
Administration, as and when required
Always represent the TFG image and values
Qualifications and Experience:
Have a Matric certificate
Skills:
Be PC literate, with Basic Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passionate about customer service
Have good interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage conflict effectively
