Assist business teams and management with the development and implementation of operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Use visualization tools to understand and manipulate complex datasets in a simple and intuitive format to rapidly generate impactful, interactive visualizations.
Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analyses.
Continually evaluate, develop, and implement new, meaningful methods for data analysis to inform the business teams about its performance.
Analyze historical figures to identify trends and help define strategies.
Develop and work with prediction models.
Extract, transform, and load data from an extremely wide field of data sources into staging datasets and ultimately into visualization tools.
Qualification and Experience:
A Degree/Diploma in a related field of study (Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Accountancy, etc.)
Skills:
Organised and thorough
Administratively strong with high attention to detail and accuracy
Computer proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
