Must live close to R55/ Laudium area:

The Yardman is a professional who performs a range of tasks to support other workers in the factory and/or outside the warehouse.


Responsibilities, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Conduct various tasks to support other workers in the warehouses. Assist other staff by delivering the materials and equipment necessary to complete projects on time. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. Operate machinery and equipment as needed. Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Provide support to other staff members as needed. Operate a forklift and move product

Requirements

Proven experience as a general worker or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of general labour principles, practices, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Grade 11 Forklift License will be an added advantage
