TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
In depth knowledge and understanding of Cross-Border Road Transport Act and its Regulations, as amended.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, including, amongst others Criminal Procedures Act, National Land Transport Act,
Understanding of transport regulatory framework, i.e. legislation, national policy instruments and road transport agreements.
Experience in a regulatory or law enforcement environment.
CBRTA Regulatory Procedures & Processes.
General understanding of border management processes and procedures.
