To support the sales team by coordinating workwear orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring excellent customer communication, accurate order management, and smooth coordination between clients, sales reps, factories, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales orders from quote to delivery
-Liaise with clients, sales reps, factories, and logistics partners
- Follow up on quotations, samples, approvals, and outstanding orders
- Maintain accurate order tracking using Excel / ERP systems
- Assist with client visits, fittings, and showroom activities
- Support sales reps with pricing, timelines, and order confirmations- Resolve order issues quickly and professionally- Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidate suitable for client-facing industrial environment
- Energetic, confident, and well-presented- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workwear or garment environment
- Basic Excel and administrative skills
- Experience in workwear, uniforms, garments, or wholesale sales preferred
