Career Opportunity

Position Overview:

The Workstudy Officer plays a crucial role in conduction time and motion studies at Falke Eurosocks to:

1. Set time standards according to ILO best practice.

2. Identify best operational methods and assist in standardizing such.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Arithmetic

Ability to operate a stopwatch

Ability to do ratings

Knowledge of ILO Introduction to Work Study Handbook

Application of personal needs and fatigue allowances according to the ILO Introduction to Work Study Handbook

Practical experience working with people and teams

Proficiency in English

Reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to any problem or requests and maintain open communication

Be truthful and diplomatic

Contribute to fostering a culture of engagement

Establish, review, maintain and implement SOP related to your process/function

Control and manage all records created in your department

Ensure all records are maintained

Complete a minimum of 2 time studies per day consisting of 2 hour observations
