Job Description

Supervise day-to-day operations in the workshop Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks for trucks and heavy vehicles Monitor workshop staff performance and provide technical guidance Maintain tools, equipment, and stock levels Enforce safety standards and investigate any incidents Liaise with management, drivers, and clients regarding progress Prepare reports and manage job cards and workshop documentation Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance at all times

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a truck or mechanical workshop supervisory role Proven knowledge of truck mechanics and diagnostics Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage staff and multiple tasks under pressure Basic computer literacy (job cards, inventory, reports) Valid driver's license (Code 10 or higher preferred) Fleet servicing or roadside assistance experience is a strong advantage
