Job Description
Workshop / Service manager required at a well-established Franchise Motor Vehicle Dealership in Goodwood, Northern Suburbs
Applicant Duties:
Handling of all daily operations in Workshop
Monitoring productivity
Handling of workload and work distribution to technicians
Warranty administration
Assisting technicians with difficult diagnosis
Handling of customer queries and complaints
Applicant Requirements:
Dedicated and Hardworking
Must be technically minded
Ability to handle difficult situations and clients
Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have sober habits
Must be hands on
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in a similar role will be to your advantage
