Workshop Millwright - Richards bayJob SummaryIn this role you will succeed by performing the following tasks:Customer support, equipment assessments, fault finding and technical assistanceAssist and advise customers on any technical matter related to Fives (ECL & Solios) products/equipmentMaintain ongoing contact with customers to be aware of their technical problemsCommunicate internally should any issues / delays be imminentInitiate actions for improvements in liaison with Workshop Manager and Operations ManagerEstimate the time, details and requirements for any improvement or modification on repairs / equipment.Ensure high quality repair / modification / installation of our customersxe2x80x99 equipmentIn-house mechanical / electrical stripping, assessing, assembly and installationsAssist on quality assurance and control to guarantee Fives standardsParticipate in daily meetings to discuss progress on current workload in fitting shopParticipate and comply with HSEQ MS as per the Fives requirementMust be a South African citizenEducation & Experience:Mechanical and Electrical trade (Millwright)More than 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Aluminium Smelter environment preferredExperience in MS Projects.Excellent ability to read and interpret drawings
