Oversee the daily operations of the workshop.
Manage and support workshop staff to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship.
Schedule and allocate work efficiently.
Ensure all repairs, servicing, and maintenance tasks are carried out to company standards.
Monitor stock, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair progress and job completion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in workshop management or a supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Must have an electrical or refrigeration trade certificate. (Commercial Kitchen Equipment background would be a bonus)
