Job Description

Operational management

: Supervise daily workshop activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.

Team leadership

: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of technicians or mechanics, assigning work orders, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs.

Quality control

: Implement and enforce quality control measures, perform regular inspections, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

Customer service

: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to provide project updates, manage expectations, and address any complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory management

: Oversee inventory levels for tools, parts, and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Health and safety

: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Process improvement

: Identify and implement improvements to workshop processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate service records, work histories, and administrative documentation.

Equipment maintenance

: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all workshop machinery and equipment.

Pay: From R25000,00 per month
