SSK currently has the following career opportunity in its Mechanization department in Heidelberg. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Mechanization.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the management of the Engineering department Responsible for the functioning of the workshop in Heidelberg (Western Cape) Day-to-day management of the workshop and scheduling/ allocation of work Ensuring that all work is completed according to established standards Budget management, purchasing, and inventory management Marketing and customer care, and people management General branch/ department administration as required

Requirements

Relevant qualification and/or experience with a service-oriented approach Good planning and negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate (MS Office and SAP applications) is a requirement A valid Code B (Code 8) driving license is a requirement Comprehensive knowledge and experience of New Holland is essential
