Workshop Manager
Job Description
New franchised workshop in Ferndale , Gauteng, Province is looking for a Workshop Manager.
MUST have a valid driver's license.
Applicant who have previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference.
Requirements:
Ability to lead and manage the performance of their team.
Well-presented and well spoken.
Must be bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
Required to run a team of mechanics, quote customers and order spares.
Honest and reliable.
Duties:
Actively manage mechanics, fitters, and cleaners
Allocate work to workshop employees and control and monitor productivity.
Ensure that mechanics find and report every fault found on every car.
Ensure that parts arrive on time.
Ensure that the mechanics comply with their Mechanics Check List.
Ensure that all staff complete their daily Productivity Report.
Ensure that all work is carried out safely.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-17:30 Sat 08:00-13:00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R12000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
